Cancellation and Refund Policy – Lancemarketers

CANCELLATION: Lancemarketers reserves the right to terminate any project under any circumstances

A. Clients may place a project on hold for a maximum of one month. If the client remains unreachable after this period, the project will be canceled, and no refund will be provided.

B. A project cannot be canceled after three revision requests have been submitted.

C. Refund requests must be submitted before a project progresses beyond three revisions.

D. If a fraudulent card is used for payment, the project will be terminated immediately.

Clients may request a refund at any time, subject to the terms outlined below.

REFUND POLICY:

A. Lancemarketers offers a 100% refund if requested within 90 days of purchase.

i. A request for revisions has been made, indicating project continuation.
ii. The client has been unresponsive for more than 10 days.
iii. The client has used a discounted or promotional offer.
iv. The project is marked for urgent completion.
v. A dispute has been filed.
vi. The project is outsourced to a third party.
vii. Issues arise unrelated to the company or project.
viii. There is disagreement among business partners, a change of mind, or hiring another company for the same project.
ix. The project involves non-refundable services such as SEO, Social Media Marketing, PPC, or other ongoing digital marketing services, once work has commenced.
x. Consultation services are non-refundable once provided.

B. Once a refund is issued, the client is prohibited from using any concepts or designs provided by Lancemarketers. Legal action will be pursued if such materials are used.

C. Duplicate payments will be refunded 100% without delay.

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Content Approval: Once content approval is granted, requests to halt postings will not be accommodated.

Scope of Work: Changes to the scope of work after approval will be treated as a new project and billed accordingly.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations after project commencement will incur a fee covering work completed up to that point.

Communication Protocol: All approvals and feedback must be communicated in writing for clarity and record-keeping.

Intellectual Property Rights: All content created by Lancemarketers remains our intellectual property until full the project is completed. Upon completion, the client is granted exclusive rights to the content. Unauthorized use or distribution of our content prior to payment is prohibited.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of disputes arising from this agreement, both parties will first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
